꘎☆━━━━━━━━━━━☆꘎⦿ Client is paying my services to make a personalized digital illustration, and purchasing the artwork's original digital format (a .png image with dimensions not less than 2000 x 2000 pxl).⦿ PERSONAL USE ONLY. Digital and physical reproductions of the artwork for non-commercial purposes (such as republishing the illustration on social media, using as a profile picture, and the like) are permitted exclusively to the customer, only valid if proper credit is given to me.⦿ MY ARTWORK CANNOT BE USED IN ANY BLOCKCHAIN-RELATED TECHNOLOGY (including NFTs, cryptocurrency and alike), NOR ANY AI PROGRAM TRAINING.⦿ Modifications, tracing, editing and the like made to my illustrations aren't allowed.⦿ As the artist, I retain all rights over the finished product, being able to publish it on my social networks, as well as use it as a promotional item for my brand if necessary.⦿ I compromise to not make physical reproductions of the commissioned artwork in any way nor resell it.⦿ I own the right to decline any commission request for any reason related or not to the points stated.⦿ If the client infringes my T.O.S. they'll be added to my black list without prior advice.

► PAYMENT & EXTRA FEES ◄
oooi꘎☆━━━━━━━━━━━☆꘎⦿ Pay first to save a slot. No half payments.⦿ Payment must be made within 48 hours after the invoice being sent.⦿ PayPal only for payments outside Mexico.⦿ Prices are for 1 character & may vary depending on: Additional characters, design complexity, background, pose and add-ons. Additional fees may incur up to my discretion.⦿ Additional characters cost +70% of the commission's final price. Groups of more than 3 characters get an especial discount up to discussion.⦿ Priority commissions (deadline less than 15 days after the day the client requested their commission) will have an extra fee of +50% of the final price.⦿ Maximum of 3 free small changes in the sketch stage. Late changes will cost +$5 USD. Corrections such as missing details/accessories/markings won't be charged.⦿ No refunds will be made under any circumstances.⦿ I won't accept more money to “upgrade” your commission (ex: flat color to full render).

꘎☆━━━━━━━━━━━☆꘎⦿ Art styles I can work with: Cartoony, anime-like, Villainous, Spooky Month and Adventure Time. Any other similar art style not mentioned nor displayed here may cost an additional fee.⦿ If the artstyle is not specified, I'll make the commission with the one I consider fits the characters best.⦿ Be patient! I usually do my commissions in the order they're paid and I like to take my time to deliver a nice and polished work.⦿ Delivery times may vary depending on your place at the queue, force majeure personal matters (ex. work, injuries, sickness) and/or the complexity of the commission.⦿ I'll send an initial sketch up to the client's approval and, if needed, they'll be able to request 3 small changes during the sketch stage, free of charge.⦿ Slight variations between the main source and the final appearance of the character(s) on the artwork may be expected.⦿ Specifications on character’s age, height, body shape and similar must be mentioned (or shown clearly on the character(s) reference sheet) in advance for accuracy purposes if needed; if such information is not provided, said characteristics are up to my interpretation.⦿ The completed commission will be available for download through a private Google Drive link that I'll provide to the commissioner. Link will be up for 1 week only, and any lost files that weren’t saved within said week are the responsibility of the customer, therefore they won’t be refunded.
