iii► GENERAL ◄
꘎☆━━━━━━━━━━━☆꘎✦ Commissioned work is in digital format (PNG image, 200 dpi, dimensions no less than 2000 px).
✦ You can post it on social media and make physical non-commercial reproductions.
✦ You are NOT allowed to use my artwork for cryptocurrency, NFTs nor any AI training program.
✦ You can't trace nor edit the artwork.
✦ I reserve the right to post the artwork to any social media platforms, so if you wish for me not publish your commission, please let me know.
✦ I own the right to decline any commission request for any reason related or not to the points stated.
✦ If you infringe my T.o.S., you will be added to my black list without prior advice.꘎☆━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━☆꘎
► PAYMENT & EXTRA FEES ◄
꘎☆━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━☆꘎✦ I will start work until you pay (no half-payments).
✦ Payment must be made within 48 hours after I’ve sent the invoice (only with PayPal payments).
✦ Prices are for 1 character & may vary depending on: Additional characters, design complexity, objects, weapons, pets, very difficult poses and background. Additional fees are up to my consideration.
✦ Priority commissions (deadline less than 15 days after requesting the commish) will have an extra fee of +50% of the final price.
✦ Maximum of 3 free small changes in the sketch stage (if needed). Late changes will cost +$7 USD. Corrections such as missing details/accessories/markings won't be charged.
✦ No refunds will be made under any circumstances.꘎☆━━━━━━━━━━━☆꘎
iiiiii► WORK ◄
꘎☆━━━━━━━━━━━☆꘎✦ Different artstyles to mine will cost an extra fee.
✦ If the artstyle is not specified, I will make the commission with the one I consider fits the character best.
✦ Be patient if you want a nice and polished comm.
✦ Delivery times may vary depending on your place at the queue, force majeure events (ex. work, injuries, sickness) and/or the complexity of the commission.
✦ Slight differences between the main source and the final artwork may be expected.
✦ Character’s traits must be mentioned or shown on the visual references for accuracy purposes; if such information is not provided, said traits are up to my interpretation.
✦ The finished work will be available for download through a private Google Drive link that I'll send you. Link will be up for 1 week only, and any lost files that weren’t saved within said week are your responsability.
